Product Description
The Ozeri Digital Triple Function Bathroom Scale features the latest generation of InstaOnTM sensor technology to display and monitor your body weight, fat and water ratios, all within seconds of stepping onto the scale. The Ozeri Digital Triple Function Bathroom Scale uses bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA), incorporating a person’s age, height, gender and weight to accurately display results in increments of 0.2 pounds or 0.1 kilograms. Bioelectrical Impedance (BI) is a well established and respected method used to estimate body fat and hydration. Muscles, blood vessels and bones are body tissues with a relative high water content which conducts electricity easily. Body fat is tissue that on the other hand displays much less electric conductivity. With BIA, the Ozeri Scale sends a weak and harmless electrical current through your body to determine the amount of fat tissue. This weak electrical current is imperceptible to the user, and returns back data that is used together with the user provided weight, height, age and gender to instantly calculate body fat and body water ratios. The Ozeri Digital Triple Function Bathroom Scale displays results on an easy to read bright 3.5 diagonal LCD screen. It also features built-in memory that can store up to 10 personal profiles each with individual measurements and monitoring so that your family members or friends at the gym can each track their progress. The Ozeri scale uses 4 latest generation G sensors to capture weights up to 400 lbs with industry leading accuracy. It also turns off automatically to conserve battery power, and runs on 2 included Lithium batteries for better performance than AA and AAA designs. Made of impact resistant tempered glass, the Ozeri Digital Triple Function Bathroom Scale blends the latest in technology with a fashionable design.

this thing is a giant piece of crap. apparently every 5 seconds or so my weight fluctuates about 15 pounds up and down. I am 6′ 2″ and weigh 205 pounds… there is no way my weight fluctuates that much that quickly.
don’t waste your money.

I ordered 2 of this sellers’ products and while they work great, the seller could have referenced something better. For the Multi-Function scale, it took me 30 minutes to get my body fat and water measurements because I had my socks on. Apparently for the bioelectric signal analysis to work, your socks have to be off! I called their support and it looks like you have to take off your socks for any of these scales with BMI to work. The manual stated this butI could have saved 30 minutes had they had put a sticker on the scale itself for those of us who don’t read manuals. The scale works fine but I am pointing this in case anyone else has a short fuse like I do . . .

Be warned before you buy.

This is a really great looking scale, no doubt about that. But, when it comes to the ‘advanced’ functions (beyond simple weight display) it’s not so good. For some reason ours tends to lose the multiple user settings over a few days though it still weighs reasonably accurately. Also, the method of changing from one user to another is flakey at best and nonfunctional at worst.
On the positive side (beyond the good looks) the display is large and easy to read, the readings don’t jerk around a great deal as some scales do, and the platform is a good size and quite stable.

I just received this scale. First, it is fairly easy to use and gave very consistent weights. However, when compared to my older dial type scale, it was about 7 lbs off. I’m not sure which is more accurate, as both are consistent with their respective weights. I was a little more interested in the body fat and water weights over total lbs.
It is relatively easy to use and to figure out programming. But I just noticed the price is a lot more than what I paid and I’m glad I got it on sale, because I don’t think it would have been worth it to me at the higher price. Its nice, but not quite that good.
